Corgi World of Tanks – Panzer Ausf.D die-cast model. The G variant of the Pz. IV was produced starting in May 1942. In April 1943 production began on the H variant—eventually the most massively produced version of the Pz. IV. The Ausf. H shared the upgraded gun of the Ausf. G, and utilized a single 80-mm front glacis plate instead of layered plates.

The Panzer Ausf.D tank was a German battle tank used during World War II. Armed with a 75 mm KwK 40 gun and had a crew of five. The Ausf.D was the first production model of the Panzer IV tank and saw action in the Battle of France, the Invasion of Yugoslavia, and the Eastern Front. Although it was outclassed by Soviet tanks later in the war, the Ausf.D remained a formidable opponent thanks to its thick armor and powerful gun. Over 1,600 Ausf.Ds were produced during the war, making it one of the most common German tanks of the conflict.
